Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.6.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC.<\/p>\n<p>                             Although, in the first information report no specific overt-<\/p>\n<p>                   act has been attributed against the petitioner but in course of<\/p>\n<p>                   investigation when the statement of injured Harendra Singh was<\/p>\n<p>                   recorded by the Investigating officer, the aforesaid injured Harendra<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh specifically stated that it was the petitioner who gave farsa<\/p>\n<p>                   injury on his head. It appears from the injury report of the injured<\/p>\n<p>                   Harendra Singh that he has sustained grievous injury on his head.<\/p>\n<p>                             The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is<\/p>\n<p>                   case and counter case between the parties and for the same<\/p>\n<p>                   occurrence, on the same day, a complaint case bearing Complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                   no. 912\/2011 has been filed and furthermore, petitioner has also<\/p>\n<p>                   sustained injury but there is no injury of the petitioner either on the<\/p>\n<p>                   record or has been mentioned in the impugned order of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it<\/p>\n<p>                   proper to release the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         Gopalganj P.S.
