MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nappeal has been preferred by the appellants-writ petitioners against<br \/>\norder dated 10th May 2010 passed by the learned Single in<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No. 5284 of 2010 which reads as followed<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8220;Heard<br \/>\nlearned Advocate Mr. Shelat for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNo<br \/>\ncase is made out for interference at the hands of this Court.
