Date of starting of Chakbandi Certified copy of action Chakbandi register of village\n    &amp; in how many days this work Raghopur is enclosed( Page 1 to 190).\n    had been completed.\n2. Name &amp; post, term period of Signatures of the Officers\/staff are mentioned in action\n    official who do the Chakbandi Chakbandi register of village Raghopur and name of\n    at Village Raghopur.             Chakbandi Officer was Shri M. K. Gupta. There are\n                                     Signatures of staffs. There is no name mentioned under\n                                     signs. Certified copy is enclosed for information.\n3.    Provide name of Patwari, At this time\n    Girdawari &amp;          Kanoongo Name of\n    working in village Raghopur.     Patwari: Shri Pawan Kumar Chhabra\n                                     Girdawari: Shri S. K. Sharma &amp;\n                                     Kanoongo: Shri Baljeet Singh.\n                                     Their right are as per DLR Act. DLR Act-1954 is Public\n                                     Document can be have easily from any where.\n4. Provide certified copy of Certified copies as sought (page no. 1 to 190) are\n    Chakbandi Register of village enclosed.\n    Raghopur.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nNo response.\n Order of the First Appellate Authority:\n\"SDM (NG) is the PIO in this case. That the officials under him are transferring applications\namongst themselves without actually furnishing the reply.\"\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nNot mentioned.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Surendra Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. R. N. Kaushik, Naib Tehsildar on behalf of Mr. Rajiv Shukla, PIO &amp; SDM;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has given the information and also further clarification after the order of the<br \/>\nFAA. He states that the initials of various officers are there on documents but the names are not<br \/>\nprovided hence he has been unable to provide the names of the officers with respect to query-2 &amp;\n<\/p>\n<p>3. It is complete unacceptable if a Government Department claims that it will not be able to<br \/>\nidentify the officers who made certain comments or notings.
