          The petitioners are accused in the case registered for the offence under
\n            sections 341, 323, 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4,5, and 6 of
\n            Prevention of Witch Practices Act.\n<\/p>\n
                       Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not
\n            named in the F.I.R.; nothing incriminating has been recovered from their
\n            possession; there is no other cogent material against the petitioners; the
\n            allegation is that two named persons and 20-25 persons had thrown the victim
\n            on burning fire, but no burn injury has been found on the person of the victim;
\n            petitioners are in custody since August,2010 without any cogent basis;
\n            petitioners are local permanent residents; there is no chance of their
\n            absconding.\n<\/p>\n
                       Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners, but has not
\n            disputed the contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n
                       Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above
\n            named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
\n            Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
\n            satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in connection with
\n            Hiranpur P.S. case no.44 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. Case no.518 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n
