Appeal<br \/>\nNo.7 of 2007 was preferred, and the fact that the said Appeal has<br \/>\nbeen dismissed today by a separate order this Appeal has been<br \/>\nrendered infructuous as the interim order now stands merged. The<br \/>\nmodified interim order as made by this Court shall continue to<br \/>\noperate till the Company Court takes up Company Petition No. 240 of<br \/>\n2004 for hearing and disposal. The Appeal is accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p> CIVIL<br \/>\nAPPLICATION No.169 of 2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\nlight of the order made in Appeal today this Civil Application having<br \/>\nbeen rendered infructuous stands rejected accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<pre>\t\t\t\tSd\/-\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n \n\n      \n        (D.A.\nMehta, J.)
