RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   .........................................\n                       B.A. No. 651 of 2010\n                   ..........................................\n            Dated this the 16th day of March, 2010.\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the accused in Crime No. 73 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Ezhukone     Police   Station       for     offences       punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 324 and 326 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,             I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have his application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>any day between 18-3-2010 and 20-3-2010 for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and recovery of incriminating material, if any. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall thereafter be produced on the same day before<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate concerned. On being convinced that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has been interrogated by the police, the Magistrate shall release<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 651\/2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the petitioner on bail on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The petitioner       shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioner shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
