No.74 of 2011\n                   DHIRAJ KUMAR\n                            Versus\n                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n                      For the petitioner :Mr. Vikramdeo Singh\n                      For the State      :Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05.   25.03.2011                 Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner who is declared juvenile in conflict with<\/p>\n<p>                   law, prays for grant of bail. He is accused in a case        under<\/p>\n<p>                   section 414\/34 IPC. The informant was looted of his motor cycle<\/p>\n<p>                   and other belongings on gun-point. The accuseds were nabbed<\/p>\n<p>                   immediately thereafter. Two persons are said to have been<\/p>\n<p>                   arrested including the petitioner. It appears that both of them<\/p>\n<p>                   were juvenile and have been declared as such.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   father of the petitioner is prepared to give undertaking in respect<\/p>\n<p>                   of his son (petitioner) for his conduct and behaviour in case he is<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail. It is submitted that he is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   01.05.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned appellate court in paragraph 5 has recounted<\/p>\n<p>                   the criminal background of the petitioner. It appears that he is<\/p>\n<p>                   required in two other criminal cases, apart from the present one.<\/p>\n<p>                   Based on materials on record, it has been observed that there is<\/p>\n<p>                   every chance of the petitioner falling in the company of<\/p>\n<p>                   criminals\/antisocial elements, if released on bail at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>                   Having regard to the said submission and materials on record,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     learned appellate court has refused bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                 Having heard the parties, this Court, for the present,<\/p>\n<p>     is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in view of the<\/p>\n<p>     observations    made in the impugned order          and allegations<\/p>\n<p>     levelled against him. Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering      the   fact   that   petitioner   is   in<\/p>\n<p>     custody\/remand home since 01.05.2010 and submission that<\/p>\n<p>     father of the petitioner would take upon himself all responsibility<\/p>\n<p>     respecting the petitioner, this Court observes that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>     shall have liberty to renew prayer for bail before this Court after<\/p>\n<p>     five months.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                               ( Kishore K.
