Application itself does not<br \/>\nreveal any specific relief that the applicant seeks. However, since<br \/>\nthe applicant-workman is appearing in person, we have heard him at<br \/>\nsome length. What we can gather was that he seeks  all the benefits<br \/>\nof his service including back wages right from 1986. Such issues are<br \/>\npart of the Letters Patent Appeal that he has filed challenging the<br \/>\njudgment of the learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nvirtue of  order of the learned Single Judge, though reinstatement<br \/>\nwas granted, back wages were denied to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe above view of the matter, in this Civil Application, no prayer<br \/>\ncan be granted.
