An<\/p>\n<p>affidavit has been filed in this C.O.(C) by the second respondent. Along<\/p>\n<p>with the affidavit, Annexure R2(a) order dated 28.7.2010 passed in terms<\/p>\n<p>of the directions in Annexure-I judgment has been produced. Evidently,<\/p>\n<p>the directions in Annexure-I judgment have been duly complied by the<\/p>\n<p>respondents by passing the said order. In the light of the said order dated<\/p>\n<p>28.7.2010, this C.O.(C) is closed.
