Ed. Course conducted by the<\/p>\n<p>NCERT in Mysore University. The course has a duration of four years. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that the petitioner has Post Graduate Degree in Physics as well.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner applied for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior)<\/p>\n<p>-Physics,   pursuant to the notification issued by the Kerala Public Service<\/p>\n<p>Commission. She appeared for the written test and was called for the interview.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner participated in the interview. She is not included in the rank list on<\/p>\n<p>the ground that B.Sc. Ed. Degree is not a sufficient qualification.<\/p>\n<p>             2.     I have disposed of W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases as per judgment dated 7.8.2008.                 The same findings and<\/p>\n<p>directions as contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases should follow in this case also.<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.19234\/2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Writ Petition is allowed to the above extent. The judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated 7.8.2008 in W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and connected cases will be<\/p>\n<p>appended to this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.T.
