Investigation is over and charge-sheet is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie aspects of the matter as also the punishment<br \/>\nprescribed for the alleged offence, the petitioners are ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on bail in connection with<br \/>\nCR No. I-3 of 2011 registered with Girgadhada Police Station,<br \/>\nJunagadh on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)<br \/>\neach with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\nlower Court and on conditions that they shall :\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of their liberty or abuse their liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tmark<br \/>\ntheir presence before the concerned  Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calender month between  11.00 a.m.<br \/>\nand 02.00 p.m. <\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of their residence at the time of execution of the bond<br \/>\nand shall not change the residence without prior permission of this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tsurrender<br \/>\ntheir passports, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
