Misc. No. 19596 of<\/p>\n<p>                      2009 along with one Tilo Yadav through Sri Shekhar<\/p>\n<p>                      Kumar Singh, Advocate suppressing the fact that he had<\/p>\n<p>                      already filed Cr. Misc. No. 36369 of 2008 along with<\/p>\n<p>                      Arvind Yadav and Tilo Yadav, which was disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                      under orders dated 22.10.2008. Having noticed the<\/p>\n<p>                      aforesaid suppression under orders dated 7.9.2010, the<\/p>\n<p>                      matter has been referred to this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Having considered the matter, I request the<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the petitioner Sri Diwakar Prasad Singh to<\/p>\n<p>                      request Sri Shekhar Kumar Singh, Advocate to appear<\/p>\n<p>                      along with him in the instant case on the next occasion.<\/p>\n<p>                                As prayed for, put up on Wednesday next i.e.<\/p>\n<p>                      6.10.2010 maintaining its position as per the date of filing.<\/p>\n<pre>Arjun\/                                                  ( V.
