No.19528 of 2010\n                       KANHAIYA KUMAR SONI\n                              Versus\n                          STATE OF BIHAR\n                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    23.06.2010        Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                  of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                  on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The     petitioner        is      in     custody      in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Rohtas P.S. No. 01 of 2010                 for<\/p>\n<p>                  offence    punishable     under      Section   376    of   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The substance of allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner    as    set   out   in    the    F.I.R.   is    of<\/p>\n<p>                  raping of three and half years old daughter of<\/p>\n<p>                  the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The informant caught the petitioner while<\/p>\n<p>                  he was committing the said heinous act and the<\/p>\n<p>                  informant had also produced the blood stained<\/p>\n<p>                  undergarment of the victim girl as a piece of<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence     of    the    ghastly     crime    before      the<\/p>\n<p>                  police.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the nature of allegations, the<\/p>\n<p>                  prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                       The bail application is dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre>Bibhash                                             ( Jyoti Saran, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Kanhaiya Kumar Soni vs State Of Bihar on 23 June, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
