The writ petition is filed challenging the revenue<\/p>\n<p>recovery    proceedings initiated against the petitioner, for<\/p>\n<p>realisation of the arrears in a Bank loan account which was<\/p>\n<p>availed from the 3rd respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    By virtue of an interim order dt.27.10.2009 further<\/p>\n<p>steps of recovery was stayed on condition of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>remitting an amount of Rs.75,000\/- within a period of 3 weeks<\/p>\n<p>therefrom. The petitioner has not complied with the above said<\/p>\n<p>condition nor any petition seeking enlargement of time is filed.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Eventhough      some     dispute     is raised regarding<\/p>\n<p>correctness of the amount sought to be recovered, it is not a<\/p>\n<p>matter which can be adjudicated in this writ petition. Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>considering non-compliance of the interim order the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>cannot be entertained even on the question of equity.<\/p>\n<p>     4.
