Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nPresent:     Mr.Raj Mohan Singh, Advocate\n             for the appellant.\n\n             Mr.Ashok Kaushik, Advocate\n             for the respondents.\n\n                     ****\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This is an appeal against the concurrent findings of fact.<\/p>\n<p>             The plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction on the ground<\/p>\n<p>that site BCDE was part of his residential house ABCDEFG.
