Amin<br \/>\nfor the appellants on the office objections raised by the office. It<br \/>\nappears that the office has raised objections to the effect that the<br \/>\nnames of two respondents shown in the memo of appeal do not tally<br \/>\nwith the cause-title mentioned in the certified copy of the Bill of<br \/>\nCost prepared by the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAccording<br \/>\nto Mr.Amin, the names of the respondents tally<br \/>\nwith the names shown in the reference cases, however, in the Bill of<br \/>\nCost prepared on printed form, one of the names of the respondents is<br \/>\nshown as the State of Gujarat in place of Deputy Collector, Land<br \/>\nAcquisition and Rehabilitation, Jamnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, according to Mr.Amin, as per Rule 51 of the<br \/>\nGujarat High Court Rules, the names of the respondents in cause-title<br \/>\nshould tally with the names reflected in the judgment and hence, the<br \/>\nsaid office objections should be treated as objections removed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the submissions of Mr.Amin, since the names of the<br \/>\nrespondents appearing in the memo of appeal tally with the names of<br \/>\nthe respondents appearing in the judgment of respective Land<br \/>\nReference Cases, the same is treated as due compliance of the Rule 51<br \/>\nof the said Gujarat High Court Rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nthat view of the matter, the note of Mr.Amin and submission of the<br \/>\noffice stand disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>(BELA<br \/>\nTRIVEDI, J.)<\/p>\n<p>Hitesh<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Govind vs Deputy on 27 April, 2011 Author: B.M.Trivedi,&amp;Nbsp;
