Moreover, the PIO also wrote a letter dated\n04\/11\/2009 stating that information sought by the Complainant does not come under the purview\nof RTI Act. He further mentioned that the Complainant did not turn up at the appointed time and\ndate to physically inspect the files. The Complainant can in the future though, after fixing an\nappointment, can inspect the files in the office of EE(M)-III\/Sh. N situated at East of Loni Road,\nLIG Flats.\n Submission received from the Complainant\nThe Complainant through a letter dated 14\/11\/2009 has mentioned that till date he had not\nreceived any information from the PIO in-spite of FAA's order to comply with its direction by\n09\/11\/2009.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nComplainant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>        From a perusal of the papers it appears that an inspection was offered to him as was<br \/>\nsought by him in his RTI application. The PIO in his written submission informed the<br \/>\nCommission that vide letter no. EE\/SH\/N\/M-III\/2008-09\/D-111 dated 11\/05\/2009 he had offered<br \/>\ninspection of the records to the Complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>It appears that the Complainant did not avail the opportunity of inspection given to him. The PIO<br \/>\nis directed to facilitate an inspection of the records to the Complainant on 19 February 2010 at<br \/>\n10.00am onwards.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complaint is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the records to the Complainant on<br \/>\n19 February 2010 at 10.00am onwards.
