SHEKHOPUR SARAI, DISTRICT-\n                       SHEIKHPURA\n                                    Versus\n                                STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   12.10.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The offence alleged is under Section 307 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted that there is case and counter<\/p>\n<p>                    case between the parties in which both the sides have<\/p>\n<p>                    sustained injuries.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned Addl.
