No.44540 of 2010\n                   BRAHAMDEO YADAV, SON OF LATE LATAYAN YADAV\n                                                Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       ........\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   24.01.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Sessions Trial<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 361 of 2010 (arising out of Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2005<\/p>\n<p>                  registered under sections 376, 452, 323, 580 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                  on the ground that he had no knowledge about the commitment of the<\/p>\n<p>                  above stated Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2005 and as soon as he<\/p>\n<p>                  got knowledge of the commitment of the aforesaid case he voluntarily<\/p>\n<p>                  surrendered before the learned court below on 1.12.2010 and since<\/p>\n<p>                  then he is languishing in jail custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the above stated facts as well as submissions<\/p>\n<p>                  of the parties, petitioner, is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                  the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                  Fast Track Court- II, Jamui in connection with above stated Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                  Trial No. 361 of 2010 arising out of Laxamipur P.S.
