This Notice was with regard to the<br \/>\nad-interim-relief which was granted in terms of paragraph No.7(C).<br \/>\nThis grant of ad-interim-relief was subject to compliance of Section<br \/>\n17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 from the date of the award.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is in a very narrow compass.  Ad-interim-relief is already<br \/>\ngranted subject to compliance of Section 17-B of the Industrial<br \/>\nDisputes Act, 1947.  This will amount to paying of idle wages to the<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211; workman. This Court is, therefore, directing the<br \/>\npetitioner herein &#8211; Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation to provide the<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211; workman the suitable work while complying the<br \/>\nprovisions of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\t\tThis<br \/>\norder is passed only with a view to avoid the payment of idle wages,<br \/>\nbecause under Section 17-B of the ID Act, &#8216;full wages last drawn&#8217;
