PURANDESWARI): Sir, on behalf of Shri Arjun Singh, I beg to move:\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat the Bill to declare certain institutions of technology to be Institutions of national importance and to provide for instructions and research in branches of engineering, technology, management, education, sciences and arts and for the advancement of learning and dissemination of knowledge in such branches and for certain other matters connected with such institutions, as passed by Rajya Sabha, be taken into consideration.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER%3A%20The%20question%20is\">MR.
