The cousin sister is stated<br \/>\nto have passed away on 22.08.2011 and, hence, more than 40 days have<br \/>\npassed. According to the jail record, the petitioner has never been<br \/>\nreleased after his conviction in very serious cases and order dated<br \/>\n23.5.2003 u\/s.268 of the Cr.P.C. is issued in respect of the<br \/>\napplicant.
