Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                           counsel for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                           directing the respondents to pay the admitted dues for the work done by<\/p>\n<p>                           him in the Female Ward under Renovation work of T.B Senotarium at<\/p>\n<p>                           Koilwar in the district of     Bhojpur along with earnest money and<\/p>\n<p>                           interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, this<\/p>\n<p>                           writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an<\/p>\n<p>                           application    before   the   Chief   Engineer   Building    Construction<\/p>\n<p>                           Department Government of Bihar (Respondent No. 3) with respect to<\/p>\n<p>                           his claims along with a copy of this order. If such an application is filed<\/p>\n<p>                           the said authority shall decide the same and shall pay all the admitted<\/p>\n<p>                           dues, earnest money and interest to the petitioner immediately<\/p>\n<p>                           thereafter.
