No.4075 of 2011\n                              TULSI SAH\n                                Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   24.03.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 323,<\/p>\n<p>                   504, 379, 427 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is alleged that levelling of earth work was going<\/p>\n<p>                   on in the sugar mill. In the meantime, Jyotik Lal Sah<\/p>\n<p>                   assaulted the informant with farsa on the head and<\/p>\n<p>                   thereafter Md. Isha Mian, Ahmad Mina, Samsuddin Mian<\/p>\n<p>                   assaulted the informant with axe on the back of the head.<\/p>\n<p>                   It is also alleged that Sukdeo Sah, Md. Moyeem, Md.<\/p>\n<p>                   Quim, Md. Munif, Tulsi Sah assaulted the Govind Narain<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh, Naga Sahni, Amit Kumar Maurya, Chulha Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                   Prabhu Sah assaulted Chuha Singh by sword on his<\/p>\n<p>                   head.   Four persons including the petitioner alleged to<\/p>\n<p>                   have assaulted Govind Narain Singh who has got only<\/p>\n<p>                   one superficial injury.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Since there is no specific acquisition against the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and during enquiry it has come that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   was not available at the place of the occurrence, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner namely Tulsi Sah, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender before the Court below within a period of 12<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>          bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>          amount   each   to   the   satisfaction   of   Sub-Divisional<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Paroo P.S.
