Justice C.K.ABDUL REHIM\n\n Dated :06\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n            ANTONY DOMINIC &amp; C.K.ABDUL REHIM, JJ\n                      -------------------\n                       W.P.(C).13820\/2010\n               Dated-------------------- 2010\n                     this the 6th day of May,\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Antony Dominic, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     The allegation in the writ petition is that at the instance of<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 to 8, the 2nd respondent is interfering in the civil<\/p>\n<p>dispute between the petitioner and the party respondents. Both<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3      as also party respondents denied this<\/p>\n<p>allegation. Even otherwise, it is not open to the 2nd respondent<\/p>\n<p>or the 3rd respondent to interfere in any civil dispute between the<\/p>\n<p>private persons and we clarify that position.<\/p>\n<p>2.   The other grievance of the petitioner is that at the instance<\/p>\n<p>of respondents 4 to 8, the 2nd respondent forcefully took away<\/p>\n<p>the original of Ext.P2 settlement deed and that the same should<\/p>\n<p>be directed to be returned. The allegation that the document<\/p>\n<p>was taken away by the 2nd respondent is specifically denied by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader and therefore no direction as<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).13820\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>sought for can be granted.
