Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :09\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                         ==============\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 3443 OF 2009 (I)\n                    ====================\n\n               Dated this the 9th day of February, 2009\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the alleged refusal on<\/p>\n<p>the part of the 2nd respondent to register Ext.P1 settlement deed executed<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner in favour of her father.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.      On instructions, learned Government Pleader confirms that the<\/p>\n<p>document has not been presented for registration. It is stated that if the<\/p>\n<p>document is presented, they will take appropriate action in the matter as<\/p>\n<p>contemplated in the Registration Act and the Stamp Act.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
