Mr.J.K.Shah, learned<br \/>\nAPP, waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tEarlier, the applicant-convict has<br \/>\nenjoyed two furlough.  He was also released on temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of 21 days on account of his own treatment for prostate.  One<br \/>\nof his co-accused has absconded from furlough on 22.07.2009, but<br \/>\nthereafter, the present applicant-convict was granted temporary bail<br \/>\nfor his own treatment.  This time, the applicant-convict has asked<br \/>\nfor temporary bail for treatment of his wife, who is reported to be<br \/>\nanemic, for which medical papers are also enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFor the contents of the<br \/>\napplication, the application is allowed.
