It is evident<\/p>\n<p>                   from perusal of the lower court order that the trial is already going<\/p>\n<p>                   on and more than eight witnesses have already been examined.<\/p>\n<p>                   Some material has come to the extent in support of prosecution<\/p>\n<p>                   case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Looking at the nature of seriousness of the crime<\/p>\n<p>                   enlarging the petitioner on bail may jeopardize the trial. Let the<\/p>\n<p>                   trial be expedited and taken to its logical end.
