No.3255 of 2011\n                                        SUMIT RAI\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   10.03.2011.            Heard learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner       is       apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   his arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 287 and 304 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                             The        accusation        is      that   the\n\n                   petitioner      used       to   supply      electricity\n\n                   through     the      generator     and       since    the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   necked wire was low when the victim got<\/p>\n<p>                   attracted       to    live      electric       wire    and<\/p>\n<p>                   subsequently         succumbed    to     the    electric<\/p>\n<p>                   shock.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel   for        the   petitioner         that    even<\/p>\n<p>                   assuming the accusation at best the case<\/p>\n<p>                   under Section 304A of the I.P.C. is made<\/p>\n<p>                   out. Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that the petitioner is ready to<\/p>\n<p>                   pay Rs. 25,000\/-to the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering             the          aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   submissions          and    the    fact        that   the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 25,000\/-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        to   the    informant,            let    the      petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>        above      named,      be     released         on    bail    on<\/p>\n<p>        deposit      of     Rs.       25,000\/-          before      the<\/p>\n<p>        learned      court          below       which       shall   be<\/p>\n<p>        released in favour of the informant in<\/p>\n<p>        the event of arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>        the learned court below within a period<\/p>\n<p>        of twelve weeks from today in connection<\/p>\n<p>        with Hayaghat P.S. Case No.74 of 2009 on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.J.M.
