Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :11\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                              V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                              ----------------------------\n\n                       Bail Application No. 2139\/2007\n\n                              -----------------------------\n\n                      Dated this  11th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioners,     who   are   accused   Nos.   1   and   2   in<\/p>\n<p>Crime   No.290\/2007   of   Tirur   Police   Station   for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 353, 427 and 332 IPC<\/p>\n<p>read with Section 149 IPC and also under Section 3(2)(c) of the<\/p>\n<p>P.D.P.P   Act,   seek   their     enlargement   on   bail.     The   occurrence<\/p>\n<p>took   place   on   17.3.2007.     The   petitioners   were   arrested   on<\/p>\n<p>18.3.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      In   as   much     as   the   third   accused   in   the     very   same<\/p>\n<p>crime   was   granted   bail   by   this   Court   as   per   the   order     in<\/p>\n<p>B.A.2146\/2007,   I   see   no   reason   why   the   petitioners   should     be<\/p>\n<p>treated   differently.     Accordingly   the   petitioners   are   directed   to<\/p>\n<p>be released on bail   on each of them     executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten   thousand   only)   with   two   solvent   sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M, Tirur<\/p>\n<p>and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              (a).       The   petitioners   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                 Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.  and   11<\/p>\n<p>                 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A.2139\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              (b).       The   petitioners   shall   make   themselves<\/p>\n<p>                  available   for   interrogation   as     and   when<\/p>\n<p>                  required   by   the   police   till   the   filing   of   the<\/p>\n<p>                  final report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               (c).      The     petitioners   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                  shall   they     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                (d).     The   petitioners   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                  offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
