The reason as to why the delay has<br \/>\nbeen caused, have been set forth in this application, which are<br \/>\nsupported by the affidavit of one of the applicants namely Anup G.<br \/>\nThakore. Considering the submissions advanced on both the sides and<br \/>\nso also the averments made in this application, this Court is of the<br \/>\nopinion that the delay of 52 days caused in preferring the appeal<br \/>\ndeserves to be condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tFor<br \/>\nthe forgoing reasons, the application is allowed. The delay of 52<br \/>\ndays caused on preferring the appeal is condoned. There shall be no<br \/>\norder as to cost. Rule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nJ. C.
