Instead of moving the<\/p>\n<p>               appellate authority the petitioner chose to file the present writ<\/p>\n<p>               application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              This writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with<\/p>\n<p>               liberty to move the appellate authority.
