First<\/p>\n<p>one is to allot to the petitioner one of the seats<\/p>\n<p>reserved for NCC quota.  Even going by the averments in<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition, only two seats are reserved and have<\/p>\n<p>already  been  allotted.     The  claim  raised by  the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner on the 3rd seat is on the basis of Ext. P2.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the provision contained in the prospectus<\/p>\n<p>which in clear terms provide that there are only two<\/p>\n<p>seats in the particular quota there cannot be a claim<\/p>\n<p>for the 3rd seat.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2. In so far as the second prayer is concerned, it<\/p>\n<p>is for a direction to allot students to all vacancies<\/p>\n<p>in the Self Financing Colleges before 30-9-2007.  It is<\/p>\n<p>averred  in paragraph 6 of the writ petition that even<\/p>\n<p>after the second allotment, there are vacancies and<\/p>\n<p>those seats should also be filled up.<\/p>\n<p>    3. Learned Govt. Pleader, on instructions, submits<\/p>\n<p>that in terms of the prospectus and the guidelines,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No. 28359\/07             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>with the allotment of the second batch, the allotment<\/p>\n<p>of students to these vacancies is also over.      If that<\/p>\n<p>be the general guideline in respect of Self Financing<\/p>\n<p>Colleges,     I see no justification for interference with<\/p>\n<p>that issue also.
