It does not come under<br \/>\n              and records, etc. from the date of its initiation the purview of the RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>              till date.                                        However, we are seeking\n<\/p>\n<p>          2) Availability of the full constitution, laws, and clarification from Bharat<br \/>\n              by laws of the members of the SLIET gas Petroleum                Corp.     Ltd.,<br \/>\n              agency.                                           regarding the applicability of\n<\/p>\n<p>          3) Cash books, cash receipts and deposits along RTI Act to SLIET Gas<br \/>\n              with the bank details and reasons for not Agency. On receipt of the<br \/>\n              providing the receipts to the consumers.          clarification it will be<br \/>\n                                                                informed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2     Dept. 2: Administration Section of SLIET:           May access the desired\n<\/p>\n<p>         1) Full noting portion of advertisements for the record of Admn. Section on<br \/>\n             recruitment of caretakers at various cases.  22.06.06 at 3.00 p.m.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2) Full assessment of the ACP fixation and deny<br \/>\n              for review. Provide the rule regarding such<br \/>\n             fixation.\n<\/p>\n<p>         3) Rule and full noting portion\/orders regarding<br \/>\n             the grant of remuneration for additional duties,<br \/>\n             noting       portion       and      copy      of<br \/>\n             advertisement\/appointment of Ex-Director Dr.<br \/>\n             R.C.Chauhan, etc.<br \/>\n3     Dept. 3: Central Library of SLIET:                        The BOG&#8217;s agendas and\n<\/p>\n<p>         1) Facilities available to Citizens of India and       finance committee minutes<br \/>\n              employees in the Central library of SLIET.        received from the Admn.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2) Reasons and complete list of provided               Section has been placed at<br \/>\n              documents in the library.                         circulation     counter    for<br \/>\n                                                                reference of faculty and staff.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                However, if Xerox copy of<br \/>\n                                                                any document is required the<br \/>\n                                                                indenter can submit his<br \/>\n                                                                request at the counter.\n<\/p>\n<p>The appellant found the replies of the PIO as incomplete, malafide, false and concealing, so<br \/>\nfiled an appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority&#8217;s order:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA in its decision upheld the reply given by the Institute. As the appellant was not able<br \/>\nto get the relevant information, he has filed the second appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Gurbax Singh<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent<br \/>\nThe appellant states that SLIET Gas Agency is a part of SLIET. It is managed by the<br \/>\nDirector of SLIET and the agreement of BPCL is with Director of SLIET.
