Therefore, with a view to<br \/>\npursuing that representation and pursuing the matter with the Charity<br \/>\nCommissioner concerned, the petition was not pressed at this stage.<br \/>\nAccordingly, it is disposed as not pressed at this stage with the<br \/>\nhope that the Charity Commissioner concerned would take expeditious<br \/>\nand energetic action pursuant to the petitioner&#8217;s application, in<br \/>\naccordance with law.
