Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :29\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                      ==================\n                       W.P.(C).No.33018 of 2010\n                      ==================\n               Dated this the 29th day of October, 2010\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner is a now working as a karanma employee in the<\/p>\n<p>Vazhappally Sree Mahadeva Temple, under the Travancore Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>Board. He was originally a provisional employee. His services were<\/p>\n<p>terminated. Later on, he was reinstated in service with effect from<\/p>\n<p>12.6.2008. According to the petitioner, the termination of services of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner itself was illegal and, therefore, on reinstatement, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is entitled to payment of back wages as well. Seeking this<\/p>\n<p>relief, the petitioner has filed Ext.P3 representation before to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.   I have heard the learned standing counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the Travancore Devaswom Board also.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.
