He has been suspended by<\/p>\n<p>order dated 22.1.2010. Against the suspension order, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has filed Ext. P4 review petition before the 1st respondent. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext. P4 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                           Sd\/- S.
