Respondents\n\n        Petition under Article 226  of  the  Constitution  of  India  for  the\nissuance  of  a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the\nbody of the detenu by name Anandhakrishnan @ Babu from the illegal custody  of \nrespondents-3 to 6 before this Court and set him at liberty.\n\n!For Petitioner         :  Mr.N.Manokaran\n\n^For R-1 &amp; R-2          :  Mr.M.K.Subramanian,\n                        Govt. Side)\n\nFor R-3 to R-6          :  Mr.Selvaraju\n\n:O R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM, J.)\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>        Pursuant   to  the  direction  of  this  Court,  the  detenu  by  name<br \/>\nAnandhakrishnan @ Babu appeared before us.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.  It  is  the  case  of  the  petitioner  that  she  married  detenu<br \/>\nAnandhakrishnan  on  30.11.2004 by exchange of garlands and in the presence of<br \/>\nwell-wishers.   This has been stoutly denied by the third  respondent  herein,<br \/>\nwho is none else than the father of the detenu.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   On  our  enquiry,  detenu  Anandhakrishnan,  who  is  a  Computer<br \/>\nEngineer, aged about 28 years, specifically stated that he has nothing  to  do<br \/>\nwith  the  petitioner  and that no such marriage had taken place as claimed by<br \/>\nher.  He further informed that, on the other hand, on 25.01.2 006, he  married<br \/>\none  P.Nithya,  Daughter  of  Palaniappan,  at Shri Arupadai Murugan Sannathi,<br \/>\nKondappanaickenpatti, Salem-8.  He also informed this Court that subsequent to<br \/>\nthe marriage, the same has been registered with the Marriage Registrar,  Salem<br \/>\nWest, on  30.01.2006.    He  produced  a  copy  of  the  Marriage Registration<br \/>\nCertificate in support of his stand.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.  Considering the fact that the detenu is a Computer Engineer,  aged<br \/>\nabout  28 years, and the assertion made by him of his marriage with one Nithya<br \/>\nand also taking note of the document produced, evidencing  such  marriage,  we<br \/>\nare  of  the  view that the grievance of the petitioner cannot be gone into by<br \/>\nthis Court in this Habeas Corpus Petition.  It  is  made  clear  that  if  the<br \/>\npetitioner   feels   aggrieved,  she  is  free  to  approach  the  appropriate<br \/>\nforum\/court.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5.  In this  view  of  the  matter,  the  Habeas  Corpus  Petition  is<br \/>\ndismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>JI.\n<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.
