No.M- 34017 of 2008\n\n\n\nParamjit Kaur and another              vs.     State of Punjab\n\n\nPRESENT: Mr.Sarju Puri,Advocate for the petitioners.\n        Mr.Amandeep Singh Rai, AAG Punjab\n              * * *\n\n\n        At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 23.12.2008, the\n\nfollowing order was passed:-\n\n                          \"This petition has been filed under Section 438\n\n         Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner(s) in case\n\n         FIR No.174 dated 5.11.2008 lodged for commission of offence\n\n         punishable under Section(s) 326, 323, 324, 149 IPC with Police\n\n         Station, City, Nawanshahar.\n\n                          Learned   counsel   contends   that    complainant,\n\n         Charanjit Kaur, is none other but the mother of petitioner No.1,\n\n         Paramjit Kaur. Initially, Charanjit Kaur had tried to poison her\n\n         own son Bikram Singh whereupon FIR No.89 dated 29.6.2008\n\n         (Annexure P-1) was registered under Section 307 IPC with Police\n\n         Station, City, Nawanshahar. Now the present FIR has been\n\n         lodged. While petitioner No.1 is alleged to have dragged the\n\n         complainant backwards, petitioner No.2 is alleged to have given a\n\n         stick blow on the left knee of the complainant. The injury on the\n\n         left knee is simple.\n\n                          Considering the relationship between the parties;\n\n         Annexure P-1 i.e. FIR at the instance of son of the complainant;\n\n         and the totality of facts and circumstances, issue notice of motion\n\n         for 30.1.2009.\n                            Crl.Misc. No. M-34017 of 2008               -2-\n\n\n\n                           In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the\n\n          petitioners will be released on interim anticipatory bail on\n\n          furnishing     of   bail   bonds       to     the     satisfaction    of   the\n\n          Arresting\/Investigating      Officer        subject    to    the     following\n\n          conditions:-\n\n                      \"(i) The petitioners shall make themselves\n                      available for interrogation as and when required;\n\n                      (ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly\n                      make any inducement, threat or promise to any\n                      person acquainted with the facts of the case so as\n                      to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the\n                      Court or to any police officer; and\n\n                      (iii) The petitioners shall not leave India without\n                      the previous permission of the Court.\"\n\n\n                 Leaned counsel for the State has submitted that the\n\npetitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for further\n\ninvestigation.\n\n                 Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court on\n\n23.12.2008<\/pre>\n<p> is made absolute.<\/p>\n<p>                 Petition stands disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                                         ( Sabina )<br \/>\n                                                           Judge<\/p>\n<p>January 30, 2009<\/p>\n<p>arya\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court Present: Mr.Sarju Puri vs Unknown on 30 January, 2009 Crl.Misc.
