However, later on it was found that wrong medico-<br \/>\nlegal report was procured from the doctor. He created one injury on the<br \/>\nperson of one of the injured, namely, Jaibir Singh showing an offence<br \/>\nunder Section 307 IPC. This fact came to the notice of the prosecution<br \/>\nlater on. The aforesaid doctor was also arrested on 25.2.2011 and FIR<br \/>\nunder the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 was registered against him<br \/>\nand the provisions of the aforesaid Act were also added in the FIR<br \/>\nregistered against the petitioners. When the petitioners were earlier granted<br \/>\nbail by this court, offence under the aforesaid sections had not been<br \/>\ninvoked.\n<\/p>\n<p>                Considering the allegations as stand today, I do not find this to<br \/>\nbe a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
