By   the   impugned   order,   the   Joint   R.T.O.<\/p>\n<p>has rejected the application filed by the appellant for exemption from payment of<\/p>\n<p>motor vehicle tax for the quarter ending 31\/03\/2007.<\/p>\n<p>                  (2)       In our view, if for any reason the appellant is aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit   P4   order,     necessarily   he   has   to   file   an   appropriate   appeal   before   the<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   forum   provided   under   the   statute.   If   for   any   reason   the   appellate<\/p>\n<p>authority does  not  entertain  the   appeal, then  only he can approach this Court.<\/p>\n<p>For   the   present,   we  are   of   the   opinion   that   the   learned   Single   Judge   has   not<\/p>\n<p>committed any  error   whatsoever.  Therefore,  interference  with the  said order  is<\/p>\n<p>not called for.
