Dave, for the petitioner states that this Court(Coram:<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice K.S. Jhaveri) by judgment and order dated<br \/>\n11.08.2010, passed in Special Civil Application No.12769 of 2003,<br \/>\ndirected the petitioner therein(G.S.R.T.C.) to grant other subsequent<br \/>\nand consequent benefits.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLearned Advocate for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, further, submitted that the Court was also pleased to<br \/>\ndirect the petitioner to pay the &#8216;Pensionary&#8217;
