Case no. 62 of 2010 and the<\/p>\n<p>                 acts alleged are also different. The case could not be said to be<\/p>\n<p>                 covered by the provision of section 210 of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                 Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petition is merit-less.
