JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI\n\nMr. Satish Khandelwal, for petitioner\n\n***\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tAgainst the order dt.25th March, 2009, the petitioner has preferred appeal before State Transport Appellate Tribunal [STAT] u\/s.89 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 along with application for interim relief u\/s.214. The appeal has been entertained and which is coming up before the Tribunal on 21st April, 2010.
