PAROO, DISTRICT\n          MUZAFFARPUR                                      -------------PETITIONER\n                                          Versus\n           THE STATE OF BIHAR                       ------------OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.02.2011             Perused the record.<\/p>\n<pre>                           The       petitioners            being          the\n\n                 bridegroom         and      the      father        of     the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 bridegroom are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                 in    a    case      registered          under     Section<\/p>\n<p>                 420\/34      of    the    Indian       Penal       Code   and<\/p>\n<p>                 under       Section         3\/4      of      the        Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                 (Prohibition) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is alleged that Rs. 4,99,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 was       paid     through         cheque         and     Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 2,50,000\/-           was          paid       in         cash.<\/p>\n<p>                 Subsequently, the marriage could not be<\/p>\n<p>                 finally      settled       and    the     cheque     amount<\/p>\n<p>                 was returned but the cash amount was not<\/p>\n<p>                 returned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering        the      fact      that      the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             marriage      could      not    be     finally      settled<\/p>\n<p>             and the cheque amount was returned, let<\/p>\n<p>             the above named petitioners be released<\/p>\n<p>             on     bail   in     the    event       of    arrest    or<\/p>\n<p>             surrender before the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>             within    a   period       of    twelve       weeks    from<\/p>\n<p>             today    in    connection            with    Motipur   P.S<\/p>\n<p>             Case No. 157 of 2010 on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>             bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>             with    two   sureties          of    the    like   amount<\/p>\n<p>             each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-<\/p>\n<p>             Divisional               Judicial            Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>             Muzaffarpur Subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>             laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                              (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rajendra Prasad Yadav &amp;Amp; Anr. vs The State Of Bihar on 19 February, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
