Counsel for the applicant pointed out<br \/>\nthat previously bail application was permitted to be withdrawn.<br \/>\nHowever, in the said order dated 9.2.2011, it was provided that the<br \/>\ntrial is expedited.  He submitted that though the charge is framed,<br \/>\nexamination of witnesses is not yet commenced.  There are large<br \/>\nnumber of witnesses to be examined.  The applicant is in jail since<br \/>\nFebruary 2010. He is young boy aged about 21 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tSince<br \/>\npreviously also, bail application was withdrawn after the<br \/>\nchargesheet,  at this stage, I do not see any reason to review the<br \/>\nsituation so far as bail is concerned.  However, looking to the young<br \/>\nage of the applicant, it is provided that the trial may be attempted<br \/>\nto be completed by 31.12.2011.  If not so done, it will be open for<br \/>\nthe applicant to apply for bail afresh which shall be decided in<br \/>\naccordance with law.  Disposed of accordingly.
