 The appellant claims to be aged about 38<\/p>\n
 and a Police Constable by profession, drawing<\/p>\n
  aialary of ?’5,926\/– per month. He was hale and healthy<\/p>\n
prior to the date of accident. That at about 9:30 P.M.,<\/p>\n
on 2004-2000, when the appellant was going slowly
\nand cautiously on his motor cycle bearing No.MYY–8984
\non the left side of Sankey Road, at that time, an<\/p>\n
Ambassador Car bearing No.CAK–~896 came in <\/p>\n
and negligent manner at high speed <\/p>\n
Grounds side and dashed againstthe motor’eyelbeof’-tphftr ”<\/p>\n
appellant. Due to the impact, he <\/p>\n
vehicle and sustained fracture-._injuries anciasi abbresult –. 0′<\/p>\n
of the same, his right great toe__wa,s amputated. <\/p>\n

and other incidental e:_x;pe'nses, and has taken treatment<\/p>\n

Wholue  But. the Tribunal seriously erred in not<\/p>\n

\nhad come up for cons.id:eration:_  Tribunal on<\/p>\n

relevantllni-aticrrialiifavailablle  and after appreciation
\nof theVoral._andVdoeuinentagy evidence, allowed the claim<\/p>\n
petition  a sum of 33,35,500\/– with<\/p>\n
   at A60\/oAV’per——–annum from the date of petition till<\/p>\n
  :.4of:::r=ealisation. Being dissatis\ufb01ed with the<\/p>\n
  ‘compensation awarded by the Tribunal, the<\/p>\n
 appellant is in appeal before this Court, seeking<\/p>\n
  enhancement of compensation.\n<\/p>\n

S. We have heard learned counsel for appellant
\nand learned counsel for Insurance Company for<\/p>\n
considerable length of time.\n<\/p>\n

we are of the View that, the  after’ asse_sEsing the

i’ awarding any compensation towards loss of income<\/p>\n

medical expenses. The appellant was impatient in the<\/p>\n

evidence that he has taken follow~up treatment <\/p>\n
rest and has not attended duty for about  .<\/p>\n
Therefore, he is entitled for cornpernsationll’for’_jthe  ll”<\/p>\n
period. The monthly salary  <\/p>\n
?5,926\/- and for three mor1th’sV_%it oo:n_es_toA?”:1;’7;w7V7’8\/A. * it<\/p>\n
By rounding off the sarne, we-~award–~..a sum of {$50,000\/–
\ntowards loss of ,LE-prgriod.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
8.  ‘disability at 80%
\ntowards  body. Further,
\nthe    skin grafting and
\nunderwen’t.l_ right great toe, which is a<\/p>\n
perrna_ner1t”disabilitygand he has to live with it for the<\/p>\n
 i,.’his’v~- life. ‘”‘”l’a’l<ing all these aspects, the Tribunal<\/p>\n
.__o'ught  = Virave awarded reasonable compensation.<\/p>\n

    9. Further, having regard to the nature of injuries<\/p>\n
   nature and duration of treatment, he may require<\/p>\n
further treatment and incur future medical expenses.<\/p>\n
