The \u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 was\u00a0 present\u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 Krishnagiri\u00a0 studio\u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 NIC. \u00a0 The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Chennai\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 had\u00a0 sought\u00a0 the\u00a0 copies\u00a0 of\u00a0 certain\u00a0 records\u00a0 relating\u00a0 to \u00a0 a\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>particular\u00a0loan\u00a0account\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0third\u00adparty\u00a0customer\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Bank.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>denied\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0ground\u00a0that\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0third\u00a0party\u00a0account\u00a0details.<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000900\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.      During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0argued\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0shareholder\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bank\u00a0he\u00a0wanted\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0if\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0had\u00a0strictly\u00a0followed\u00a0the\u00a0procedures\u00a0laid\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>down\u00a0while\u00a0sanctioning\u00a0this\u00a0particular\u00a0loan\u00a0and\u00a0for\u00a0mortgaging\u00a0the\u00a0immovable\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>property\u00a0offered\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0borrower.\u00a0He\u00a0explained\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0reasons\u00a0to\u00a0believe\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that\u00a0the\u00a0property\u00a0which\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0offered\u00a0as\u00a0collateral\u00a0did\u00a0not\u00a0belong\u00a0entirely\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>one \u00a0 person \u00a0 and \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 Bank \u00a0 had \u00a0 not \u00a0 followed \u00a0 the \u00a0 prudential \u00a0 norms \u00a0 in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>sanctioning\u00a0the\u00a0loan.\u00a0On\u00a0the\u00a0 other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>necessary\u00a0formalities\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0completed\u00a0and\u00a0all\u00a0procedures\u00a0followed\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>sanction\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0loan.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5.      Be\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0it\u00a0may,\u00a0it\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0appropriate\u00a0if\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0would\u00a0confirm\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0laid\u00a0down\u00a0procedure\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0followed\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>scrupulously\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0sanction\u00a0of\u00a0loan\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0mortgaging\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>property.\u00a0We\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0do\u00a0so\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0this\u00a0order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>6.      The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
