In the light of the same,<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did<\/p>\n<p>not want to pursue this writ petition any further.            However,<\/p>\n<p>permission was sought to approach this Court in case of a fresh<\/p>\n<p>cause of action or in case ignoring the aforesaid recommendation<\/p>\n<p>the fifth respondent&#8217;s school is upgraded. Permission sought for is<\/p>\n<p>granted.
