Learned Government Pleader on instructions<\/p>\n<p>submits that passage of the award was delayed due to unavoidable<\/p>\n<p>reasons.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Grievance of the petitioner is that though they were<\/p>\n<p>dispossessed of their properties in advance, they have neither been<\/p>\n<p>paid the statutory 80% of the estimated compensation nor has an<\/p>\n<p>award been passed by the Land Acquisition Officer in respect of their<\/p>\n<p>properties.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Considering the submissions addressed, I dispose of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition itself directing the 6th respondent to pass an award in respect<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioners land in Survey No.810\/2 and 811 in Mannamkandam<\/p>\n<p>village at the earliest and at any rate within two months of receiving a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment          thereby facilitating payment of the entire<\/p>\n<p>balance compensation due to the petitioners under the award without<\/p>\n<p>further delay.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                        PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE<br \/>\n                                                                  JUDGE<br \/>\nsv.\n<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Dr.K.Sudheendran vs State Of Kerala on 22 May, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C).No. 12942 of 2008(N) 1.
